Digital Marketing Specialist

who can handle

video production, editing, and social media management

YouTube channel growth

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms Manage and grow the YouTube channel (uploads, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, SEO) Create and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, etc.) Schedule and publish content consistently Analyze performance using insights and analytics to improve reach and engagement Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats Collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and brand storytelling

Required Skills:

Strong video shooting and editing skills Knowledge of YouTube channel management and optimization Understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing basics Creativity, consistency, and attention to detail Basic knowledge of tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing social media or YouTube channels Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
