We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and brand growth. The ideal candidate will lead our online marketing initiatives and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Lead social media strategy and manage day-to-day content execution.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization experiments to improve performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and landing pages.
Work closely with external agencies and partners for campaign execution.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and propose innovative strategies.
Requirements
5-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (D2C or eCommerce experience preferred).
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms like AdRoll.
Ability to think creatively while maintaining a data-driven approach.
Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.
Must be based in Mohali or willing to relocate.
