Job Description

Role purpose-
Lead all digital marketing activities for New Holland to improve brand saliency, generate leads and promote content
Primary and Secondary duties:

• Planning & Execution of all Digital Marketing activities for brand building and customer acquisition

• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/ SEM, email, social media, display advertising, Google listing etc.

• Content management along with brand communication team for the website, mobile sites, apps and social accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other portals

• Support all marketing activities ATL/ BTL through digital and social media amplification.

• Ensure monthly plan with targeted reach, lead generation and co-ordinate with sales teams for conversions

• Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g. A/B Testing, audience segmentation etc.)

• Monitor, calculate and measure customer metrics like impressions, conversion rates, acquisition costs, CPL, CPA, CTR etc.

• Manage digital marketing agency for day-to-day working

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives

Leadership/Team Management Responsibility:
Education/Qualifications: MBA (full time)
Essential experience and skills:

• 7-10 years experience in digital/ social marketing in any category. Experience in automotive or agriculture equipment industry is preferred.

General Business

• Must have built and managed websites, social media handles and web/mobile/social analytics and ROI

• Exposure to entire digital landscape web/mobile/social/ etc.

• Strong analytical skills
