Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, and paid advertising
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Manage and optimize website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels
Oversee content strategy including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing assets
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards
Track KPIs such as traffic, conversions, CAC, ROAS, and engagement metrics
Collaborate with design, content, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Lead, mentor, and manage junior marketers or agency partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and CRM systems
Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user journey mapping
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
