Digital Marketing Manager

to manage and scale our paid and organic marketing channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and SEO

, with a strong focus on driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across

Google (Search, Display, YouTube)

and

Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

platforms.

Manage daily campaign budgets, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure strong ROI.

Develop and implement

SMM strategies

to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Conduct

keyword research

, on-page & off-page

SEO activities

, and content optimization to boost organic visibility.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and social content.

Stay updated with the latest trends and platform algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive.

Monitor analytics, identify performance insights, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

3+ year of hands-on experience in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, and SEO

.

Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting tools (Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

Creative mindset with analytical thinking -- capable of interpreting data and turning insights into action.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Self-driven, reliable, and proactive with a growth mindset.
