Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
The Digital Marketing Manager will have end-to-end ownership of digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance for both Karasun and its diverse portfolio of clients.
A. Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and Execute:
Create, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns across all major channels (Search, Social, Email, Display) that align with client business objectives and growth targets.
Budget Ownership:
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns.
CRO & Optimization:
Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts, including A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages, websites, and funnels to maximize lead generation and sales conversion.
Trend Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and platform changes (e.g., Google/Meta algorithm updates, AI tools) and integrate innovative tactics into strategies.
B. Channel Expertise & Execution
SEO/SEM:
Oversee all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts (on-page, off-page, technical) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM/PPC) on platforms like
Google Ads
to drive organic and paid traffic.
Paid Social:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms like
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
.
Content & Email:
Direct the content strategy for blogs, social media, and email marketing, ensuring all content is engaging, brand-consistent, and optimized for lead nurturing using platforms like
HubSpot or Mailchimp
.
Web Analytics:
Act as the
data interpreter
, proficiently using tools like
Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to leadership and clients.
C. Leadership & Collaboration
Project Management:
Utilize strong project management skills (e.g., using tools like Asana/Trello) to ensure all marketing projects and deliverables are executed on time and within budget.
Cross-Functional Teamwork:
Collaborate closely with the creative team (designers, copywriters), sales team, and external vendors to ensure cohesive messaging and a seamless customer experience.
Client Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on KPIs, ROI, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of proven working experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role, preferably within a
Digital Agency or Growth-focused B2B environment
.
Certifications:
Proven proficiency with key digital platforms; Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are highly preferred.
