About the Role



We are looking for a results-driven

Digital Marketing Manager (Google & Meta Ads)

with strong expertise in both

lead generation

and

ecommerce advertising

. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a

digital marketing agency

and managing

international clients or projects

. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google and Meta platforms to meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max) and

Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram). Run successful

lead generation campaigns

to achieve quality leads at the desired CPL. Manage and scale

ecommerce campaigns

focused on ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth. Conduct in-depth

keyword/audience research, funnel planning, and competitor analysis

. Monitor daily performance, optimize bids, budgets, ad creatives, and landing page flows. Ensure accurate tracking via

Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel & Conversions API

. Prepare detailed reports with insights, learnings, and optimization recommendations. Communicate with and manage

international clients

, understanding their goals and market dynamics. Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to support campaign goals. Stay updated with the latest features, trends, and best practices in Google & Meta advertising.

Required Skills & Experience



2-4 years

of hands-on experience in

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

. Proven experience in both

lead generation

and

ecommerce marketing

.

Agency experience is mandatory

(digital marketing agency environment). Experience managing

international clients or projects

. Strong expertise in performance metrics:

CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC

. Solid understanding of tracking & analytics:

GTM, GA4, Pixel, CAPI

, UTM tracking. Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel/Google Sheets. Good communication skills and experience in client interaction & reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
