As Digital Marketing Manager at Aertrip, you will lead paid advertising strategy and execution for Google and Meta platforms with a substantial ?1-10 crore annual ad budget. The focus is on driving high ROI campaign performance, scaling traffic, and optimizing advertising investment across travel verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design, plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Budget Management
Forecast, allocate, and optimize spend within ?1-10 crore/year to meet KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CAC.
Optimization & Testing
Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creatives, copy, audience segments, and landing pages to improve conversion funnels.
Analytics & Reporting
Track metrics using Google Analytics 4, GTM, and Meta Pixel. Report insights regularly with strategic recommendations.
Audience Strategy
Build and manage targeting via custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting across stages of the travel booking funnel.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative/design, content, web, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and conversion objectives.
Platform & Industry Awareness
Stay updated on changes and best practices from Google and Meta ad platforms, and travel industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience
3-8 years
of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta Ads in performance marketing roles.
Proven experience optimizing large-scale ad spend and driving measurable return in digital campaigns.
Background in travel, D2C, or ticketing--understanding customer booking journeys is a plus.
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tagging.
Certified in
Google Ads

Meta Blueprint Certification
preferred.
Strong analytical mindset; proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio / Looker Studio.
