Job Overview:



We are seeking a

Digital Marketing Manager

with

proven expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads

specifically in the

EdTech industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive

high-quality leads, brand visibility, and ROI

across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Design and execute data-driven

performance marketing campaigns

on

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

. Manage budgets effectively to maximize

ROAS

and minimize

CPL/CPA

. Conduct in-depth

keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Implement

A/B testing

for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using

Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM tools

, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization. Develop and execute

remarketing and funnel-based strategies

to nurture leads and boost conversions. Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and industry best practices in

paid advertising and EdTech marketing

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



3-5 years of proven experience

in

performance marketing

with hands-on expertise in

Google Ads and Meta Ads

. Strong understanding of

campaign structures, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and remarketing tactics

. Proficiency with

Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, and CRM platforms

. Experience in

lead generation, funnel marketing, and ROI-driven campaigns

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Preferred Qualifications:



Google Ads and Meta Ads Certification

is highly preferred. Experience with

LinkedIn Ads

or other paid ad platforms is a plus. Prior experience in

EdTech startups or performance marketing agencies

will be an advantage.
