Job Responsibilities:



Manage and update the company website, ensuring optimal performance, content accuracy, and user experience Oversee

graphic designing

requirements for digital campaigns, social media, and branding (coordination or execution) Plan and execute

SEO campaigns

to improve website ranking, traffic, and visibility Manage and grow the company's

social media presence

across platforms (content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics) Execute

360 digital marketing activities

, including paid ads, email marketing, content marketing, and online branding Develop and implement effective

digital marketing strategies

aligned with business goals Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and improvements Handle and guide the

digital marketing team

, ensuring timely execution and quality output

Skills & Requirements:



Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools Experience in SEO, social media marketing, and online campaigns Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is an advantage Leadership and team-handling skills Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach

Essential to nail the Job:



Education:



Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field

Experience:



5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role

Skills:



Website management, SEO & SEM, social media marketing, campaign planning, 360 marketing, performance analysis, branding, team handling, marketing strategy development

IT Skills:



MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, Social Media Management tools, CRM / Marketing Automation software

Salary (CTC):



As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?60,000.00 per month
