Key Responsibilities: Team & Project Management
Lead, manage, and mentor a cross-functional marketing team (design, video, motion, content, and digital executives)
Allocate tasks, set priorities, timelines, and ensure parallel execution of multiple campaigns
Review and approve creatives, videos, motion graphics, and content to ensure brand consistency
Conduct regular team reviews, performance tracking, and feedback sessions
Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors/agencies if required
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email, and content marketing
Oversee performance marketing campaigns and ensure ROI-driven execution
Ensure alignment between creative output and campaign goals
Content & Creative Oversight
Define content and creative direction for campaigns, social media, websites, and ads
Collaborate with content writers for messaging, storytelling, and SEO-friendly content
Guide design, video, and motion teams on visual direction and campaign requirements
Ensure timely delivery of creatives for paid and organic campaigns
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
Monitor KPIs such as leads, conversions, engagement, CAC, and ROI
Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior management
Optimize campaigns and workflows based on data and performance trends
Collaboration & Planning
Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives
Manage marketing calendars, campaign roadmaps, and launch plans
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with
at least 2-3 years in a team leadership role
Proven experience managing creative and performance marketing teams
Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, content strategy, and branding
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workflows efficiently
Hands-on experience with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CMS, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in managing in-house creative teams
Experience in B2B environment
