The Brand Growth & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth for Trooms Brands Private Limited. The role includes AI driven marketing, digital advertising, social media management, new store launch coordination, and vendor/agency management to support the company's retail expansion strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing & Brand Growth
-Plan and execute AI-based digital marketing strategies to enhance brand reach and customer acquisition
-Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms
-Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
2. Social Media Management
-Manage all official social media accounts of the brand
-Plan, create, and publish content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns)
-Monitor engagement, customer queries, and online reputation
3. Advertising & Promotions
-Design and execute online and offline promotional campaigns
-Coordinate local area marketing activities for store promotions
-Work on seasonal and festival campaigns as per the business calendar
4. Store Opening & Launch Coordination
-Coordinate end-to-end activities related to new store openings
-Liaise with agencies for branding, signage, printing, and promotions
-Coordinate with local vendors (event support, ice cream vendors, etc.)
-Support launch-day marketing activities to maximize footfall
5. Vendor & Agency Management
-Identify, onboard, and manage external agencies and vendors
-Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables
-Ensure quality, timely execution, and budget adherence
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
-Track marketing performance, leads, footfall, and ROI
-Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
-Share insights and recommendations for improvement
