Position - Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online student recruitment initiatives. The role focuses on developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase student enrollments for our study abroad programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with student recruitment goals

Conduct market research to understand target student demographics, interests, and online behavior

Oversee and optimize SEO strategies for the company website and landing pages

Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media

Create and implement content marketing campaigns including blogs, webinars, videos, and infographics

Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and program promotion

Track, analyze, and report performance of all digital campaigns with actionable insights

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, especially in the education sector

Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversions

Manage, guide, and potentially train a team of graphic designers and content writers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

3+ years of experience in digital marketing (education or lead-generation experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing

Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)

Proven team-handling and leadership skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
