Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Plan and monitor the company's online presence on all digital platforms.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Manage content creation for website, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, design, development) to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and performance measurement.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
