We are looking for a strategic and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead Aureate Labs' end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will drive multi-channel campaigns, scale our SEO and paid media performance, manage a high-performing team, and ensure seamless coordination across content, design, sales, and development functions. You will be responsible for delivering measurable growth, optimizing marketing operations, and strengthening our digital presence across global markets.
What We Want You to Do?

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword planning, technical optimization, and link-building initiatives.
Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring effective task allocation, progress tracking, and timely delivery of goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Oversee social media strategy and content distribution to grow brand visibility and engagement.
Own client communication across multiple channels (email, calls, meetings), ensuring regular updates and strategic alignment.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights and reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Ensure effective utilization of CRM and marketing tools for campaign tracking and reporting.
Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and emerging channels to continuously innovate Aureate's marketing approach.
Requirements

Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
Proven experience in team management, task allocation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Strong direct client communication skills and ability to manage client expectations effectively.
Experience in client coordination and relationship management.
Prior experience working with international clients is a strong plus.
Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of managing campaigns and teams.
