Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a results-focused
digital marketing strategy
to achieve quarterly and annual admission goals.
Plan and manage
performance marketing campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate high-quality leads with measurable ROI.
Conduct regular
competitor analysis and market insights
to identify new opportunities for digital growth.
2. Content & Branding
Build a strong, consistent
digital brand identity
aligned with the school's innovation-driven philosophy.
Design and manage
content calendars
(social media, blogs, newsletters, and videos) to enhance engagement.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful visuals, short films, and digital brochures.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
Implement and optimize
lead funnels
through SEO, landing pages, email automation, and remarketing campaigns.
Track, nurture, and convert leads via CRM systems; ensure a seamless digital-to-admission journey.
Conduct
A/B testing
to maximize conversion rates and minimize cost-per-lead (CPL).
4. Analytics & Performance Measurement
Measure, analyse, and report key metrics -- lead generation, engagement rate, CTR, ROI, and conversion rate.
Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
Provide monthly performance reports with

5. Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with academic and outreach teams to promote events, workshops, and new programs.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of proven digital marketing experience

Strong command over
SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation, and analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with
