1. Position Overview



The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing all digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, increase website traffic, and support overall business growth. This role ensures effective management of online platforms, social media, content, SEO/SEM, and digital campaigns.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Digital Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify digital trends. Prepare digital marketing budgets and monitor ROI.

B. Website & SEO Management



Manage and optimize company websites for better performance, UX, and lead generation. Improve organic search rankings through SEO strategies (on-page/off-page). Coordinate website updates, content uploads, and technical improvements.

C. Social Media Management



Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Manage online reputation and community engagement. Track metrics and optimize social media performance.

D. Performance Marketing



Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Monitor campaign performance and optimize for best results. Prepare weekly/monthly performance dashboards.

E. Content Creation & Branding



Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams for content development. Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication. Prepare marketing collaterals, blogs, videos, and creatives.

F. Email Marketing & Automation



Run email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Manage CRM tools and automate lead nurturing workflows.

G. Analytics & Reporting



Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Social Insights, CRM dashboards). Prepare reports capturing KPIs, campaign performance, and improvement recommendations.

H. Coordination & Collaboration



Work closely with the sales team to drive qualified leads. Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and external vendors. Support events, exhibitions, and product launches digitally.

3. Required Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, and analytics tools. Hands-on experience in digital campaign management. Creative thinking with strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of graphic design basics (Canva/Photoshop) is an added advantage. Familiarity with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.

4. Qualification & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing (industry-specific experience preferred). Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, or Digital Marketing are beneficial.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
