Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will oversee all digital channels, manage campaigns end-to-end, analyze performance data, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising. Plan and execute result-oriented marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Optimize website and landing page performance to improve conversion rates. Manage and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Oversee social media strategy and content calendars. Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to create consistent messaging and branding. Develop A/B testing strategies to improve ROI and lead generation. Manage marketing budget to maximize performance and cost efficiency. Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platforms to ensure innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 4-7+ years of experience in digital marketing roles. Strong expertise in

SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads

, and content marketing. Proficiency with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio). Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce). Excellent understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
