Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in digital marketing who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to meet business goals. Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media channels. Support SEO and SEM efforts to drive organic and paid traffic. Execute email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber lists. Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy. Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with good attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:

Google Ads or Google Analytics certification. Experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
