Track and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
B. CRM Management & Automation
Set up and maintain CRM workflows for lead nurturing and sales tracking.
Automate follow-ups, reminders, and email drip campaigns.
Ensure leads are categorized (hot, warm, cold) and assigned to the right agents.
Create dashboards and reports to monitor agent performance, deal pipeline, and ROI.
C. Brand Awareness & Digital Presence
Manage social media accounts, real estate listings, and online reputation.
Implement SEO strategies for the company website and property listings.
Run content marketing campaigns (blogs, virtual tours, video walkthroughs).
D. Data Analytics & Reporting
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM reports) to measure marketing ROI.
Present weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
Use CRM data to improve campaign targeting and audience segmentation.
E. Collaboration with Sales & Tech Teams
Align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
Train the sales team on CRM usage and data management.
Work with developers to integrate CRM with websites, chatbots, and third-party tools.
