We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and content creation. This role demands hands-on experience with advanced digital marketing tools and a proven track record.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads. Create and manage content marketing strategies. Lead a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals. Oversee 15+ projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Set and meet goals for traffic, engagement, and conversions. Focus on company growth through new opportunities and strategies. Increase brand awareness through effective marketing strategies. Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently. Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, BingChat for marketing automation. Create content using tools like Canva. Conduct website audits with Screaming Frog, SEMRush. Develop a marketing dashboard to track KPIs and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns. Conduct A/B testing for consumer behavior insights. Ensure compliance with legal guidelines in marketing materials. Provide training and mentorship to team members.
Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager. Certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ads. Extensive experience with video marketing (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). Strong background in SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing. Experience with influencer marketing & affiliate marketing. Management of a team of 10+ and oversight of 15+ projects. Excellent communication and content writing skills. Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, BingChat. Familiarity with Screaming Frog, SEMRush.
