We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead social media strategy, drive organic growth, and manage paid campaigns for multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and community growth.
Create monthly content plans and oversee publishing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube; optimize for ROI.
Monitor analytics, track performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Engage with audiences, manage DMs/comments, and foster positive brand interactions.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and impact.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands.
Strong expertise in organic growth strategies and trend-based content creation.
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools such as Buffer or Later.
Solid understanding of platform algorithms, user behavior, and performance analytics.
Strong visual communication and content storytelling skills.
Education
Graduate or Postgraduate in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred.
