We're now looking for a

Marketing Manager

to join our growing team and drive strategy, execution, and growth for Brainito and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand needs, present strategies, and report results. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage and optimize digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content). Drive brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging across platforms. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to improve ROI. Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing with growth. Manage external vendors/freelancers and guide junior marketers.
Qualifications

4+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in digital or growth-focused roles. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, content marketing, and analytics. Hands-on experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.). Excellent communication and project management skills. Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
