Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage & mentor a team of digital marketers and creatives.
Plan, execute & optimize
paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
for e-commerce clients.
Develop and implement
SEO strategies
to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
Oversee
social media marketing
- strategy, content, and growth across platforms.
Drive
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
strategies to boost website performance and sales.
Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-performing ad creatives & landing pages.
Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
Maintain regular reporting & communication with clients on results and scaling strategies.
? Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in
Digital/Performance Marketing
.
Proven track record of scaling
D2C/e-commerce brands
.
Strong knowledge of
Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, and CRO
.
Hands-on experience with analytics & ad platforms (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, GA4, etc.).
