. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Facebook Ads Management
Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
Manage ad budgets, A/B test creatives, and track ROI.
Monitor analytics and create detailed performance reports.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
Implement On-page SEO (meta tags, schema, content optimization).
Drive Off-page SEO (backlink building, guest posting, link outreach).
Manage Technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, indexing issues).
WordPress Website & Landing Pages
Manage and update existing WordPress website.
Create new
conversion-focused landing pages
for campaigns.
Collaborate with designers/developers if needed for advanced customization.
HubSpot Automation & Lead Management
Set up workflows, email automation, and lead nurturing sequences.
Manage lead lifecycle stages and ensure smooth CRM operations.
Monitor lead sources and improve conversion funnel efficiency.
Team & Communication
Work closely with management to define digital marketing strategies.
Communicate campaign performance in fluent English.
Manage and guide a small marketing team (if required).
Requirements:
1-6+ years of proven digital marketing experience.
Strong command over
Facebook Ads, SEO, WordPress, and HubSpot
.
Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
Experience in lead generation campaigns for international clients.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Comfortable working during
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST/EDT hours
.
Good to Have (Optional):
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.
Knowledge of content marketing & marketing automation beyond HubSpot.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
