We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and brand-focused Digital Marketing professional to manage and grow our online presence in the skin care segment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, content creation, social media management, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing with a strong understanding of the beauty and skin care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote skin care products across multiple online platforms.
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
2. Content Creation & Brand Building
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging content, including product photos, tutorials, and skincare tips.
Write and edit copy for ads, blogs, product descriptions, and social posts.
3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency.
4. Influencer & Community Engagement
Collaborate with beauty influencers, bloggers, and skincare experts for brand promotions.
Respond to customer queries and engage with followers on social media platforms.
5. SEO & Website Management
Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to the company website.
Update product listings, banners, and promotional content on the website and e-commerce portals.
6. Market Research & Trends
Monitor competitors' activities and latest trends in the skincare industry.
Suggest new digital initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing within the
beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry
preferred.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
Proficiency in tools like
Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
(optional but preferred).
Creative mindset with strong visual and aesthetic sense for beauty products.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
