Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management



Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to promote car modification services. Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Coordinate seasonal promotions, new product launches, and influencer collaborations.
2.

Content Creation & Social Media



Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) with engaging content (photos, videos, reels). Oversee photo/video shoots of modified vehicles, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer testimonials. Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors for high-quality content creation.
3.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM



Optimize website content for better search engine visibility. Run paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate quality leads. Track and improve keyword rankings, backlink strategy, and site performance.
4.

Lead Generation & CRM



Create landing pages and funnels for capturing leads. Implement CRM tools or marketing automation for nurturing customer inquiries. Monitor and optimize lead conversion rates from digital channels.
5.

Analytics & Reporting



Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console to track campaign performance. Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights. Adjust marketing strategies based on data to improve ROI.
6.

Reputation Management



Monitor and manage online reviews (Google My Business, Facebook, etc.). Respond to customer queries and reviews professionally and promptly. Maintain a consistent and positive brand image online.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in automotive or lifestyle industries. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and analytics tools. Experience in managing social media accounts and ad campaigns. Creative mindset with an eye for automotive aesthetics and trends. Video and photo editing skills are a plus (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva). Passion for cars and understanding of car modification culture is a significant advantage.
