Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead and

execute strategic marketing initiatives across paid media, organic channels, and digital

platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEO,

Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Campaign Planning, with a proven track record of

driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities


Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid,

and traditional channels.


Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Display, Remarketing) to ensure optimal

ROI and continuous performance improvement.


Lead SEO strategy including keyword analysis, on-page and off-page optimization,

and content recommendations to enhance search rankings.


Oversee content marketing initiatives including blog strategy, landing page

development, email marketing, and automation workflows.


Plan and execute brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across Facebook

Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and programmatic platforms.


Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for

continuous enhancement.


Coordinate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure alignment of brand

messaging and digital experience.


Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities and

refine campaign strategy.


Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across

channels.


Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development

goals and lead nurturing.

Key Requirements


Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC,

SEO, and campaign management.


Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook

Business Manager, and other advertising platforms.


Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.


Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing

campaigns.


Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset.


Experience managing agency relationships, marketing vendors, and cross-functional

teams.


Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications


Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.


Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo,

Mailchimp).


Familiarity with website CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.


Exposure to B2B and B2C marketing environments.

Compensation: As per industry standards
