Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead and

execute strategic marketing initiatives across paid media, organic channels, and digital

platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEO,

Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Campaign Planning, with a proven track record of

driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, paid,

and traditional channels.

? Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Display, Remarketing) to ensure optimal

ROI and continuous performance improvement.

? Lead SEO strategy including keyword analysis, on-page and off-page optimization,

and content recommendations to enhance search rankings.

? Oversee content marketing initiatives including blog strategy, landing page

development, email marketing, and automation workflows.

? Plan and execute brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across Facebook

Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and programmatic platforms.

? Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for

continuous enhancement.

? Coordinate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure alignment of brand

messaging and digital experience.

? Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities and

refine campaign strategy.

? Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across

channels.

? Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business development

goals and lead nurturing.

Key Requirements

? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

? Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC,

SEO, and campaign management.

? Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook

Business Manager, and other advertising platforms.

? Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.

? Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing

campaigns.

? Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

? Experience managing agency relationships, marketing vendors, and cross-functional

teams.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills.

? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

? Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.

? Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo,

Mailchimp).

? Familiarity with website CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.

? Exposure to B2B and B2C marketing environments.

Compensation: As per industry standards
