Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires hands-on experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of real estate marketing trends, buyer behavior, and lead-generation strategies specific to the sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage digital marketing strategies for clients, with a strong focus on real estate campaigns. Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Oversee social media content planning, posting schedules, and engagement strategies. Conduct SEO/SEM optimization to improve website visibility and traffic. Analyze campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports. Collaborate with the creative team on content, graphics, and branding assets. Manage email marketing workflows and marketing automation tools. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory:

Proven experience in digital marketing

within the real estate industry

(builder, brokerage, developer, or property marketing firm). 3-5 years of overall digital marketing experience. Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and lead-generation funnels. Experience with major digital tools: Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social platforms. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
