The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. She will lead the digital team and coordinate with creative, sales, and tech departments to meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer marketing, and social media platforms.
Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for targeted marketing.
Supervise website updates, landing pages, and e-commerce integration.
Analyze digital campaign performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and heat mapping tools.
Optimize website and ad performance through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
Oversee daily social media postings, community interaction, and brand consistency.
Manage digital budget and ensure ROI is maximized.
Keep up with new trends in digital marketing, tools, and competitor strategies.
Profile Requirements:
Female candidate with a minimum of 2-5 years of digital marketing experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media.
Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint preferred.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
