Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content.
Plan and monitor company presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Lead campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Optimize web content, landing pages, and ad copy for maximum visibility and conversion.
Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against KPIs and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and industry best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate funds effectively.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in a digital marketing role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar.
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
