Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine strategies.
Campaign Management
Oversee and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.
Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance, ROI, and conversions.
Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize efficiency.
Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms, focusing on CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Social Media Marketing
Develop and manage the brand's presence across all major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging and targeted content to build audience engagement.
Track and report on social media analytics and campaign performance.
Content & Branding
Collaborate with the content team to design impactful digital content (blogs, infographics, videos, case studies, newsletters, etc.).
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Manage website content updates and ensure user-friendly experiences.
Email & CRM Marketing
Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
Segment mailing lists to deliver personalized communication.
Work with CRM tools to manage and track customer engagement journeys.
Analytics & Reporting
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to measure and report campaign effectiveness.
Provide detailed monthly/quarterly reports on KPIs, ROI, lead generation, and engagement levels.
Identify gaps and suggest continuous improvements.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team (executives, designers, content writers, SEO specialists, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, and Design to align strategies.
Manage external agencies and vendors for specific digital campaigns.
