Position Overview



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve customer engagement, and boost overall business growth.

Minimum 4 to 5 Years of Experience Mandatory.



Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine strategies.

Campaign Management



Oversee and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising. Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance, ROI, and conversions. Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize efficiency.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)



Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility. Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms, focusing on CPC, CTR, and conversion rates. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

Social Media Marketing



Develop and manage the brand's presence across all major social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging and targeted content to build audience engagement. Track and report on social media analytics and campaign performance.

Content & Branding



Collaborate with the content team to design impactful digital content (blogs, infographics, videos, case studies, newsletters, etc.). Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. Manage website content updates and ensure user-friendly experiences.

Email & CRM Marketing



Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers. Segment mailing lists to deliver personalized communication. Work with CRM tools to manage and track customer engagement journeys.

Analytics & Reporting



Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.) to measure and report campaign effectiveness. Provide detailed monthly/quarterly reports on KPIs, ROI, lead generation, and engagement levels. Identify gaps and suggest continuous improvements.

Team Management



Lead and mentor the digital marketing team (executives, designers, content writers, SEO specialists, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, and Design to align strategies. Manage external agencies and vendors for specific digital campaigns.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
