Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, videos).
Respond to queries, comments, and maintain online reputation.
Website & SEO
Manage and update website content regularly.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Monitor analytics and recommend improvements.
Content Creation & Branding
Coordinate with creative teams for digital content (banners, videos, infographics, newsletters).
Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as lead generation, website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Develop and execute email campaigns for promotions, events, or patient education.
Manage WhatsApp business campaigns while ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Collaboration
