Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels--including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and PPC. Track performance using metrics like traffic, conversions, ROAS, and engagement.
SEO, Content & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research, craft SEO-optimized content (product descriptions, landing pages), and manage on-page/off-page strategies to enhance organic reach.
Platform & Product Listing Management
Optimize listings on platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart--ensuring accurate copy, categorization, and promotion alignment.
Data-Driven Analysis & Reporting
Utilize tools like Google Analytics to analyze traffic patterns, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes--driving performance improvements.
Collaborative Content & Promotional Strategy
Work with content creators, designers, and merchandisers to craft compelling visuals and copy. Support seasonal and promotional campaign rollouts.
Monitoring & Competitor Insights
Track competitor tactics, online trends, and customer feedback to maintain competitive edge. Adjust campaigns and promos accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 - 8 years
of experience in digital marketing for an
e-commerce clothing brand
, preferably women's apparel.
Strong proficiency with digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media ads, email campaigns, and analytics tools.
Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central.
Data-savviness: Capable of interpreting performance metrics and adapting strategies based on insights
Excellent English communication--written and verbal--for crafting messaging and content
Creative flair with strong attention to detail; ability to collaborate across teams.
