Role Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Manager with strong E-Commerce experience
who is highly
data-driven
and analytical. The role requires someone who can manage
digital ad campaigns, performance dashboards, and actionable insights
to help scale our online business. You will work directly with the founders and cross-functional teams to optimize spend, improve ROI, and strengthen our e-commerce engine.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
across Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
Manage
Shopify store analytics, marketing dashboards, and funnel tracking
.
Build, maintain, and automate
reports & dashboards
for performance monitoring (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, cohorts, etc.).
Drive
customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
through insights-led decision-making.
Collaborate with design/content teams to
test creatives, messaging, and offers
for better conversions.
Manage SEO, SEM, remarketing, and email/WhatsApp campaigns.
Work with production, operations, and support teams to ensure
seamless e-commerce performance
.
Stay updated on
industry best practices, tools, and trends
to ensure competitive advantage.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in
Digital Marketing / E-Commerce Growth roles
.
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and Analytics platforms
.
Strong skills in
data analysis, dashboard building (Google Data Studio, Sheets, Excel, etc.), and reporting
.
Understanding of
Cohort Analysis, Funnel Optimization, and A/B Testing
.
Knowledge of retention tools (Klaviyo, Contlo, WhatsApp, Zoho CRM, etc.) is a plus.
Must be
data-oriented
, structured, and proactive in problem-solving.
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced D2C startup environment
with ownership of outcomes.
