Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our digital growth initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive high-quality lead generation. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking skills along with hands-on experience in executing performance-driven digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and growth opportunities
Performance Marketing
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
Monitor KPIs including ROI, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and engagement
SEO & Content Management
Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search rankings
Collaborate with content teams to ensure brand consistency and conversion-focused messaging
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
Design and manage digital lead generation campaigns
Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels for higher conversions
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for management
Team & Budget Management
Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently
Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality execution
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing with measurable results
Proficiency in PPC, SEO, email marketing, analytics tools, and marketing automation
Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills
Data-driven mindset with strategic thinking ability
Experience
3-5+ years
of experience in digital marketing
Experience in
financial services, fintech, or related industries
preferred
Digital marketing certifications are a plus
