Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be fully responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimising all digital marketing activities for FDMA and Futurex Trade Fair & Events.
This is a

hands-on role

, where the manager personally handles strategy, execution, reporting, and coordination, without a separate digital marketing executive.

Complete Roles & Duties (End-to-End Ownership)1. Digital Strategy & Planning

Define complete digital marketing strategy for: FDMA clients Futurex trade fairs & exhibitions Plan monthly, quarterly, and campaign-wise roadmaps Decide platforms, budgets, timelines, and KPIs Align digital plans with business and event goals
2. Paid Advertising (Direct Execution)

Personally create, manage, and optimise: Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta) Google Search, Display & Remarketing Ads Handle: Campaign structure Targeting Budget allocation Creative testing Monitor and improve: CPL Conversion rate Lead quality Manage medium to high ad budgets independently
3. Social Media Management (Hands-On)

Plan and execute social media strategy Create monthly content calendars Write captions and ad copies Coordinate creatives with the designer Manage posting, engagement, and messages Track growth and engagement metrics
4. Lead Generation & Funnel Management

Build and manage complete lead funnels: Ads ? Landing page ? Form ? WhatsApp / CRM Coordinate with

Data Executive

for: Lead exports Segmentation CRM updates Improve lead quality and conversion efficiency
5. WhatsApp & Email Marketing

Execute WhatsApp campaigns and click-to-WhatsApp ads Coordinate WhatsApp automation and broadcasts Plan and execute email marketing campaigns Track open rates, CTRs, and conversions
6. Website & Landing Page Coordination

Work closely with Web & IT executive to: Create campaign landing pages Optimise website pages for conversions Ensure: Tracking pixels Conversion events Analytics setup
7. Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation

Track performance using: Meta Ads Manager Google Ads Google Analytics Prepare: Weekly internal reports Monthly performance summaries Take data-driven decisions to improve results
8. Event-Focused Digital Marketing

Plan and manage: Pre-event digital promotions Countdown and launch campaigns Live event digital support Post-event remarketing Drive exhibitor and visitor acquisition digitally
9. Client & Management Coordination

Communicate campaign performance clearly Participate in client review discussions when required Suggest improvements and growth strategies Maintain timelines and accountability
10. Market Research & Innovation

Track competitor activities and industry trends Test new platforms, formats, and tools Continuously improve processes and performance
Required Skills & Experience

4-7 years of

hands-on digital marketing experience

Strong expertise in paid ads (Meta & Google) Social media marketing experience Solid understanding of lead funnels and analytics Ability to work independently with full ownership
Tools Knowledge

Meta Business Manager Google Ads Google Analytics Excel / Google Sheets Canva (basic edits) WhatsApp & email tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Cost per lead (CPL) Lead quality and conversions Campaign ROI Event registrations and exhibitor leads Consistent reporting and optimisation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
