Role Overview



We are seeking a high-level

Digital Marketing Manager

who specializes in the intersection of

Digital Lead Campaigns

and

Advanced Sales Strategy

. The ideal candidate will have a "deep-reading" ability to look at campaign data and identify exactly why leads are or are not converting into sales.

Beyond just running ads, you must be a

Keyword Strategist

who can identify high-intent search terms that drive B2B and B2C growth. You will be the master of our data, using

Advanced Excel

to build the reporting infrastructure that identifies which B2B segments are "automatic" and which require direct sales intervention.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Keyword Strategy:

Develop and execute high-intent keyword strategies across

Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

.
Map keywords to the buyer's journey (Informational vs. Transactional) to ensure budget is spent on "Ready-to-Buy" leads. Perform deep "Search Term Audit" observations to eliminate waste and scale winning keywords.

B2B & Sales Data Observation:

Analyze sales data to suggest which B2B partners are providing

"automatic business"

and which require a sales team member's

high-touch focus

.
Identify "leaks" in the lead funnel using data observation.

Advanced Excel Reporting:

Build automated dashboards using

Power Query and Pivot Tables

to merge lead data with sales revenue.
Create keyword performance reports that track

ROI per keyword

, not just cost-per-click.

Campaign Management:

Manage end-to-end Digital Lead Campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Constantly A/B test ad copy and landing pages based on keyword performance data.

Technical Skills Required



Expert Keyword Management:

Proven experience with Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Ability to build "Negative Keyword" lists to protect the budget.

Advanced Excel (Expert Level):

Must be able to use

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

to match digital leads to CRM sales.
Ability to handle large datasets and automate weekly reports.

Platform Mastery:

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads (Search/Display), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Data Reading:

Ability to "read" a report and identify the intentof the user behind the data.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,280.97 - ₹63,257.82 per month
