to lead and drive the organization's digital marketing strategy, online branding, and performance marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for end-to-end digital planning, campaign execution, lead generation, and analytics, while managing internal teams and external agencies.
The position is based at our
Head Office (Connaught Place, New Delhi)
and plays a critical role in supporting admissions, franchise, and academic growth objectives across India.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Own lead generation, cost optimization, conversion tracking, and ROI measurement.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure performance efficiency.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Guide and review work of digital executives, agencies, and freelancers.
Collaborate with Admissions, Sales, Franchise, and Academic teams for campaign alignment.
Coordinate with creative, content, and technical teams for timely deliverables.
Social Media & Brand Management
Oversee social media strategy and content calendars across platforms.
Ensure consistent brand communication and engagement growth.
Monitor reputation, insights, and audience behavior.
SEO, Website & Content Oversight
Lead SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, and technical).
Ensure website optimization, performance, and content alignment.
Support content marketing including blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM dashboards, and other tools.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to leadership.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in digital marketing (education or service industry preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and analytics platforms.
Experience managing teams, agencies, and marketing budgets.
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, CMS/CRM systems; Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
