Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media & Content)

We're looking for a

hands-on Digital Marketer

who can actually

run social media

, not just talk about "strategy".

Location:

Delhi (on-site preferred)

Experience:

1-3 years (real work, not certificates)

What You'll Actually Do

Manage

LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook

Create

content posters

(basic design sense is mandatory) Plan, shoot, edit

reels / short videos

Handle

end-to-end social media posting

Execute

overall digital marketing

(organic first, ads are a plus)
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)

Social media management experience Can design posters (Canva / basic Photoshop / Figma) Understands

reels trends, hooks, captions

Good communication skills Can work independently and deliver consistently
Nice to Have (Bonus)

Basic knowledge of ads (Meta / LinkedIn) Content ideas + storytelling ability Experience with startups or service brands
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,294.68 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
