Role Overview
We're looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence, drive brand engagement, and grow our community across platforms. You'll own strategy, execution, and performance across digital channels, working closely with our content, design, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
Plan and manage campaigns across Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-impact visuals and copy.
Drive engagement through storytelling, reels, influencer collaborations, and trend-jacking.
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
Optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions--reporting weekly insights to leadership.
Oversee website content, landing pages, and product descriptions with SEO best practices.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or youth-centric brands.
Strong grasp of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for design, storytelling, and brand voice.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Passion for streetwear, urban fashion, and digital culture.
