We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support our startup. You should be good at:

1. SEO

2. Meta/ Google ads

3. Content Marketing

4. SMM and SMO

Qualifications

Proactive and fast-paced, comfortable with things starting out You have excellent English & interpersonal skills Highly proficient with Google Sheets and basic office software
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns. Support the team in creating, editing, and scheduling content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and websites. Coordinate with vendors, influencers, and partners for ongoing marketing activities. Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis. Organize marketing materials and maintain internal databases and content libraries. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports. Help with planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across channels.
Requirements

1-4 years of experience in a digital marketing or communications role Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Basic understanding of marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, SEMRush or similar. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn quickly.

Salary = Fixed + Incentives (hike on last salary)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
