Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid campaigns). Manage and optimize online campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Oversee content creation for website, blogs, and social media to ensure alignment with brand tone and marketing goals. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console. Develop strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings (SEO). Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and high-performing creatives and ads. Monitor campaign performance and ROI, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and recommend improvements. Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools). Experience in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing). Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
