Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Oversee blog content, website updates, and landing page optimization for traffic and lead generation.
Social Media & Branding
Guide the social media team in creating engaging, brand-aligned content.
Manage influencer marketing and brand partnerships.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager to track performance.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Team Management
Lead and mentor digital marketing executives, social media specialists, designers, and content creators.
Coordinate with sales and product teams for aligned campaigns.
Innovation & Trends
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Recommend and test new platforms and growth hacks.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing (preferably agency or brand side).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Automation tools.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Certifications in Google Ads / HubSpot / Meta Ads.
Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Knowledge of web development basics (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
