Job Description

Build and execute the digital marketing roadmap aligned with business goals. Decide which channels matter: SEO, paid ads, social, email, content, influencer, automation. Run paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Oversee content calendars for social media. Optimize funnels -- landing pages, email drip campaigns, retargeting. Ensure website ranks, blogs drive traffic, and authority is built. Manage keyword research, link-building, and on-page/off-page optimization. Track KPIs: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR, CPL, conversion rates. Kill underperforming campaigns fast, double down on winners. Lead designers, copywriters, ad managers, freelancers, or agencies. Ensure the whole team is aligned and delivers measurable results. CRM & email automation (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign). Segment audience, personalize campaigns, build automated nurture sequences.
