Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic

Digital Marketing Manager

to elevate our online presence, drive targeted campaigns, and generate high-quality leads for our range of interior design materials. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Ad Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads targeting B2B audiences--interior designers, architects, and builders.

Performance Analysis:

Track metrics like CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI to refine campaigns and report performance.

SEO & Content Marketing:

Lead content strategy, oversee SEO efforts to enhance visibility for product lines like MDF, veneers, and solid surfaces.

Website & Landing Page Optimization:

Partner with web developers to improve user experience and conversion-driven design.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales and brand teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions.

Budget Management:

Maximize impact while ensuring cost-efficiency in campaign spend.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

3 - 5 years managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns in B2B or manufacturing sectors.

Technical Expertise:

Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta advertising, keyword research, A/B testing.

Digital Proficiency:

Strong grasp of SEO best practices and content-driven marketing strategies.

Analytical Mindset:

Able to interpret campaign data and make data-backed optimizations.

Excellent Communication:

Skilled in written and verbal English for crafting high-impact ads and reports.

Industry Familiarity:

Exposure to construction, interiors, or building materials is an advantage.
