to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee all digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, content, and display advertising.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve ROI.
Content & SEO:
Work closely with content and design teams to create engaging content for various platforms.
Ensure SEO best practices are applied to website content and marketing materials.
Monitor website performance and optimize for search rankings.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track KPIs and produce regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms to derive insights and recommend improvements.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and development.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Proficiency in digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM/automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience with e-commerce, B2B/B2C campaigns, or performance marketing is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Google Ads and/or HubSpot certifications
Experience managing a digital marketing team
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
