Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. ? Manage social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising. ?

Content Creation:

? Create high-quality visuals, graphics, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, and Blender 3D. Design wireframes and prototypes for UI/UX projects. ?

SEO and Analytics:

Optimize website content for search engines and monitor performance using analytics tools. Conduct user research and testing to improve interaction design. ?

Collaboration:

? Work closely with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with overall business goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for branding and promotional activities. ?

Project Management:

? Manage design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. ? Oversee production-linked incentives and performance-based KPIs.

Reporting and Supervision:

? Report to designated supervisors and provide regular updates on campaign performance. Use app-based attendance systems for tracking work hours and productivity. ?

Qualifications:

?

Bachelor of Science ? Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, Blender 3D, WordPress Basics, and Figma.

Skills:

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. ? Leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. ? Creativity, detail orientation, and time management. Expertise in social media marketing and email communication. ?

Experience:

4+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing. ? Previous roles include Senior Graphic Designer at Ace Blend and Wild Drum Beverages, and Graphic Designer at DOMS Industries and RMCL.

Certifications:

?

Basics in Graphic Design and Illustration (UNIX Computers). ?
