Lead Digital Marketing Manager

to drive traffic, boost sales conversions, and elevate our brand presence across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales-Driven Digital Strategy:

Develop and execute high-performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates across Amazon, Flipkart, Indiamart, and other e-commerce platforms.

Performance Marketing:

Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.

SEO & Content Marketing:

Enhance organic visibility through keyword optimization, content strategy, and best SEO practices across marketplaces and brand website.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

Leverage data analytics, CRM, and email marketing strategies to acquire and retain high-value customers.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Use analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to track key performance metrics, measure campaign success, and drive continuous improvements.

Competitor & Market Analysis:

Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitors, and identify new growth opportunities for the brand.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:



3+ years

of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on D2C brands and e-commerce platforms. Proven expertise in Ecommerce (e.g. Shopify, Amazon or any online/websales portal) Hands-on experience in

PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing

. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ad Campaigns, Helium 10, etc. Experience in

A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and growth marketing strategies

. Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and execution.
