Job Description


Our client is a new-age, easy to use skincare infused makeup brand. All its products are clean, vegan and subjected to strict quality checks before they reach the end consumer. They are sold through its own website as well as popular ecommerce portals.

Founded in 2021 by a New York University alumnus, our client is a part of a large legacy business group with interests in speciality chemicals, real estate, power production equipment and wealth management.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the customer journey from the GTM channel until the user activation.

What you will do:

- Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative and data-driven marketing strategies

- Developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing

- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization

- Implementing A/B testing and other performance tracking methodologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI

- Collaborating with the design and development teams to optimize the user experience and website conversion rate

- Conducting research, analyzing user behavior, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance the customer journey and increasing conversion rates

- Developing and managing marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment

- Continuously monitoring and adjusting budget allocations based on campaign performance and market trends

- Utilizing customer data and market research to identify target audiences and developing personalized marketing strategies

- Implementing segmentation strategies to deliver tailored messaging and offers that resonate with specific customer segments

- Identifying and collaborating with relevant partners, influencers, and affiliates to expand brand reach and driving customer acquisition

- Developing and managing partnerships to amplify brand awareness and increasing customer engagement

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies

- Conducting regular market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry best practices

What you need to have:

- 4+ yrs of experience in growth marketing

- Proven track record of driving growth in your previous roles and ability to show the impact of your work on the companys key metrics

- Technical expertise in marketing with various tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook, SEO tools, Adwords, Heatmaps, etc

- Ability to go deep into the funnel data and segmentation analysis to find opportunities for growth

- Experience in building a Growth Strategy for Content
